Part-Time Hot Tub Sales Associate - Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays - 24hrs a week
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Sales Associate, where you’ll dive into the exciting world of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and more! We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to help customers enhance their outdoor living experience while learning the ins and outs of our products. This role offers an hourly rate with commissions, providing an opportunity to earn over $900/week based on performance.
Job Details
- Location: Rotate between our Colleyville and Plano stores. One day in Colleyville, two days in Plano.
- Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with the potential for additional hours.
Pay
- Hourly Rate: $16/hour.
- Commission Structure: Commissions on all sales, uncapped to reward your success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the store independently on Wednesdays and Thursdays, including handling incoming leads.
- Lead follow-up: Follow up on leads via phone, email, and text in a timely manner to address inquiries and guide them toward a purchase.
- Share store responsibilities with the Sales Manager on Saturdays, our busiest days, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist customers in selecting hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and accessories, leveraging your growing product knowledge.
