At Ultimate Choice, we are a serious company and are only looking for serious candidates. Individuals who are not serious about having work done efficiently and on time need not respond. We do have our own internal quality control inspector who works daily checking on our properties, so mediocrity won't work! We are the Ultimate Choice and only want good contractors that can give our clients the Ultimate Experience.
You must be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting.
Jobs include but not limited to:
- Perform initial secures
- Property condition bids
- Maintenance
- Grass cuts on foreclosed properties
- Trash-outs
- Winterizations
- De-winterizations
- Roof inspections & patching
- Gutters
- Damage reporting
- Tree trimming
- Mold treatment
- Lawn maintenance
- Fence repair
Immediate work is available in the following counties: Dallas, Collin, Denton, Tarrant, Kaufman, Rockwall, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Navarro, Parker and Wise.
Payment terms: You will get compensated for your first 2 jobs after they have been inspected, then net 30 (industry standard) will apply. Our payments are biweekly and are direct deposit.
