An Assistant Property Manager is a key member of the Property Management Team and is responsible for overseeing building repair and maintenance work.
Schedule and and execute property repairs
act as liaison between property Management team and contractors.
Assist the Property Management team in planning future development with strategic business objectives.
You must be:
Familiar with fair housing laws
Have leasing experience as well as property management experience
Be eager to learn and grow in your career to last a lifetime of success
Be available for a conference call or zoom meeting regarding your experience
