We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Manager to lead a team. The person needs to be responsive to landlord inquiries. Be willing to respond to emails, text messages, take calls promptly during the working hours, including putting in some extra time to get things done. If you are not a responsive and responsible person, you may not be up to the task.
Must have more than 3 years experience in all property management matters, leasing, rent collection and evictions.
Year end bonus is rewarded based on performance.
