Open House Network is a specialized staffing agency offering sales support for over 50 New Home Builders in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. We are looking for outgoing and professional people with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with our clients. This is a great opportunity to explore the Real Estate industry, meet new people and work in many different beautiful model homes.
Salary and Benefits
Employee Position with yearly W-2
$12.00 Per Hour (Paid Bi-Weekly)
Part Time employees work approximately 2 days a week and most shifts are 10am - 6pm
Employment Requirements
Occasional same day and weekends required
Ability to access online App
Quickly respond to all correspondence
Position Requirements
Must have a flexible schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation that will remain on property with you
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Stand and or walk for 20+ minutes at a time including climbing stairs
Agree to travel within 20 miles of your home
Must be 18 years of age
Valid U.S. Driver's License
Duties
Greet visitors and provides community information
Register prospective buyers
Answer the phones in the model home
Conduct tours of inventory homes
Assemble community brochures
Write detailed notes about daily activities
Show home features
Dress Code
Ladies minimum: Blouses, Slacks, Dresses, Skirts, Dress Shoes
Men minimum: Long Sleeve Dress Shirt and Tie, Slacks, Dress Shoes
No tattoos or facial piercings
Perfume, cologne, or use of tobacco products including smoking is prohibited
