I started my home inspection company in January and have gotten crazy busy recently. I’m looking for a licensed home inspector preferably with 2+ years experience who is in need of an extra 1-3 inspections per week. With your help, we can get that up to at least 4-5 per week. I don’t just want someone doing inspections for me. I want someone who is willing to do some marketing, have a yes attitude, and offer ideas on how to grow the company.
Must have your own vehicle and tools. You will need a thermal camera and a zip level since I include thermal imaging scan and foundation measurements in every inspection report. Also, a sewer camera is not required but recommended. Must be familiar with Spectora.
WDI licensed and drone licensed would be great.
