LEAD MAINTENANCE / MAKE READY and ASSISTANT MGR
We have openings for the following positions:
LEAD MAINTENANCE
Applicants must have the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
Have your own tools and transportation and have HVAC certification.
MAKE READY
Responsibilities:
Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in
Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance
Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling
HVAC experience/knowledge in a plus
Must be dependable and have own transportation
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Candidate must have strong Leasing and customer service skills! Prior property management experience a plus, familiar with: Computer and social media, excel, word, yardi, blue moon. Experienced in writing work orders and supervising maintenance staff and are familiar with evictions process.
We are looking for a take charge candidate to keep our property stable and with high occupancy. (Spanish is preferred but not necessary).
