We are a leading freight forwarding company based out of DFW Airport. We are immediately hiring for a
Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
This is a full-time, in-office role from 8 am-5 pm. Monday - Friday. You will be responsible for
all the company's Social Media accounts and responding to sales inquiries via the internet. You must be
confident, professional,l and be able to work in a team environment. The ability to get goals done and
be organized will be the key!
We are looking for a team player that gets the work done!
Responsibilities include:
Post and manage company content across all company social media accounts.
Email marketing to potential customers.
Responding to sales inquires and providing quotes, follow up and closing.
Provide administrative support to senior executives.
Help plan and coordinate events and attend off-site events as a representative of the sales team
Support team members with various administrative projects as needed.
Requirements that need to be met:
Legal work authorization.
Must be able to pass a background screening.
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have the following software knowledge:
Facebook, Linkein, Power Point, Canva, Constant Contact, Google Ad, Outlook.
Pay 17-20 per hour. 40 hours a week. Full time.
