Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Admin/Bookkeeper to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks
Bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks
Filing, organizing, and data entry
Light phone and customer service support
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience is required (entry-level welcome with basic knowledge)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Dependable and able to work independently
Previous office experience a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Type: Part-Time | Monday–Friday | No nights or weekends
Hours: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Expected Weekly Hours: 27.5 hours/week (5.5 hours/day)
