Provide support to Finance and Operations meanwhile being the front receptionist. We are a small company aiming to grow so everyone contributes and supports each other often wearing multiple “hats”. This position works directly with senior level employees and will be responsible for performing a number of logistics and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls / messages
-Greet persons entering organization and direct persons
-Answer or direct queries from the public and customers
-Prepare correspondence and documents
-Receive, sort mail and deliveries for incoming/outgoing
-Process Purchase and Customer orders
Education and Experience
-High school diploma / some college generally required
-Extensive working knowledge of MS applications (Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook)
-Working knowledge of ERP / accounting software
-Exceptional customer relationship skills and interpersonal skills
-Experience working with sensitive information, a high level of confidentiality is required
-Excellent organization and time management skills
