Dynamic public adjusting firm seeks experienced desk adjuster to help with in house claims management and negotiation.
Key requirements:
-Xactimate proficient
-Strong negotiation/interpersonal skills
-Organized and motivated and move files along
-TX adjuster licensed preferred but not required
-5+ years in insurance property claims
Compensation:
-Base salary
-Generous incentives based on increase of claim
Most claims at the Dallas location are residential roof & water claims. This is a partially remote position (only 2 days a week required in office). You will also need to attend a few key field meetings on site each week (however nearly all files assigned to you will already have detailed photos and measurements).
