We are looking for an outgoing team member who has both strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to learn new skills in a fast paced and detail oriented environment. Excellent organizational skills, a self-starter, drive, project management focus and the ability to multi-task with success are necessary to be a fit in this position. Strong communication skills with both internal and external clients is critical. Level of experience and ability will drive compensation level.
Some duties will include:
-Filing
-Answering Phones, screening as needed, and helping customers with their project timeline.
- Data Entry
- Assist with material Orders and inventory.
- General Office Organization.
- Assist with Operations.
-Assisting the Accounting Manager as needed
-Accounts Receivable
This position is an entry level position with a lot of room for growth and advancement. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong written and verbal communication skills, professional demeanor and appearance are a must.
