We're recruiting a construction laborer for our construction business. We currently have 11 positions up for grabs in this job.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites as needed, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
Handle the loading and unloading of materials and equipment with utmost care and attention to safety.
Operate power tools and hand tools under the close supervision and guidance of experienced workers.
Provide valuable support to carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople, contributing to the smooth flow of project tasks.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to minimize risks.
Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors promptly and effectively to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
No prior experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to all new hires.
Possess the physical capability to perform various tasks and lift heavy objects in a dynamic construction environment.
Display a willingness to learn and follow instructions from seasoned tradespeople, demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability.
Basic math and measurement skills are essential for accurate task execution and collaboration within the team.
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team, fostering effective communication and cooperation among colleagues.
