Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the on-site assembly of manufactured housing under the guidance of a Construction Crew Lead.
Perform manual labor tasks in designated areas and maintain site cleanliness and organization.
Utilize tape measures and interpret blueprints and orders as required for task completion.
Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient workflow.
Utilize various hand, air, and electrical tools to complete assigned duties.
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
Able to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Basic math and measurement skills are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
