$300 Bonus once you have been with us for 12 weeks on your own!
We are looking for highly motivated individuals that can go in and do a quality cleaning job for a regular list of clients. You will have to work with others occasionally, but not very often.
If you show that you can take care of our clients, we will take care of you with very regular pay raises up to $23 an hour (until you become a seasoned leader), plus monthly bonus's and 5 paid days off each year. We are also easy to work with if additional time off is needed, just schedule in advance!
Our full time staff make anywhere from $600-$850 per week based on requested hours worked (2 jobs a day, 3 if requested). Training starts at $18 an hour the first week. After that you are boosted to $20.00 an hour when you are out on your own, with regular raises every week or so thereafter depending on reliability and quality of your work until you reach $23. We work weekdays only, unless you ask for extra hours on the weekends which are completely optional.
