Join our team as a Helper for fence projects! We're looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to assist our foreman and act as a vital support.
Responsibilities:
- Fence Installation: Follow precise instructions from the foreman to install fences, demo old fences, dig up holes, clear up debris and trash and clean up jobsite at the end. Your role will demand speed and accuracy to ensure every job site is left clean and meets our high standards of quality.
Who are we looking for?
- You MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION to and from the main office/job sites
- You MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Must be able to fill out a W4
- Someone who is a TEAM PLAYER, HARD WORKING, QUICK LEARNER, and RESPONSIBLE
- No Illegal substances (drugs, alcohol, etc) allowed on the job sites
- MUST be able to work 7 to 10 hours
- MUST come in proper attire ready to work (no flip flops, etc)
- Pay is from $160 to $180 PER DAY, NOT HOURLY
- Pay depends on work ethic and efficiency
If all standards are met and you show dedication to your job you will eventually be given an opportunity to also become a foreman.
