We're proud to oversee an impressive 10-story office tower housing approximately 100 offices alongside inviting common areas. As our valued Building Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our building, handling a diverse range of tasks with efficiency and finesse.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Expert evaluation, maintenance, and repair of minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, including Boiler & Chiller Systems.
Collaborating closely with the Property Manager to address any maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Responsibly managing tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance concerns, providing timely resolutions to uphold tenant satisfaction.
Utilizing a variety of tools and resources to execute projects with precision and professionalism.
Demonstrating flexibility by being available for evening work and responding swiftly in emergency situations to safeguard the building and its occupants.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in communication with tenants, colleagues, and management alike. If you possess commercial building maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work at heights, we want to hear from you!
