We’re looking to bring someone solid onto our team — someone who’s not afraid to sweat, get their hands dirty, and knock out work fast and right.
This isn’t just mowing lawns.
You’ll be doing general landscaping, property maintenance, and some light handyman work. That means anything from trimming hedges and hauling brush, to fixing a gate or touching up paint. Every day looks a little different, and we like it that way.
What we're really looking for:
You show up on time and ready to work.
You don’t need your hand held — if something’s broken, you figure out how to fix it or ask the right questions.
You can move fast and still do a job well.
You can handle working solo or shadowing one of our leads to help knock out their punch lists.
You’re willing to learn — we’ll teach you what you don’t know.
The job:
Yard cleanups, mowing, trimming, hauling
Fence/gate repairs, minor painting, odd jobs around properties
A couple of days a week helping our property lead (Jenn) with whatever she needs done on-site
Seasonal tasks and general property upkeep
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Helps if you have a truck for transporting tools (we pay mileage), but if not, we'll figure something out.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical outdoor work
Handy with tools — or willing to learn fast
Experience is great, but not required — we train on the job
Hours & Pay:
Full-time
Pay depends on experience and work ethic (we pay fairly, and we notice when you hustle)
To apply:
Shoot us a message with your name, any experience you’ve got, and why this sounds like a good fit for you. Don’t overthink it — we just want to know you’re serious.
