Aplus Staffing is seeking experienced catering staff to work at Gerald J. Ford Stadium in Dallas, TX!
The Following positions are available:
Food Service:
Cleaning: Sanitizing and cleaning work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
Preparing food: Cutting, slicing, trimming, and chopping fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood
Serving: Placing food trays over warmers for immediate service
Preparing for the event: Setting up tables, food arrangements, and confirming what station or foods to serve
Serving guests: Buffet style serving as well as replenishing food as needed.
Cleaning up: Clearing tables and cleaning banquet areas during and after events
Other tasks as assigned
Utility:
Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables. Clear tables between courses and when guests leave.
Help servers keep tables free of debris and dirty dishes. Assist with pre-bussing duties. If a server is busy, you can help with small tasks like refilling drinks or serving food
Washing dishes: Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware by hand or in a dishwasher. This may include sorting dishes into categories, spraying them down, and scrubbing them by hand
Cleaning: Cleaning trash receptacles, floors, and appliances

Monday – 8/26 – Food Service – 8:00am to 3:00pm – Pay Rate $20/hr
Monday - 8/26 – Utility – 8:00am to 3:00pm – Pay Rate $22/hr
Tuesday – 8/27 – Utility –8:00am to 3:00pm – Pay Rate $22/hr
Tuesday – 8/27 – Food Service – 8:00am to 3:00pm $20/hr
Wednesday – 8/28 – Utility – 9:00am to 4:00pm $22/hr
Wednesday – 8/28 – Food Service – 8:00am to 3:00pm $20/hr
Thursday – 8/29 – Food Service – 8:00am to 3:00pm $20/hr
Friday – 8/30 – Food Service – 4:00am to 3:30pm $22/hr
Saturday – 8/31 – Utility – 3:00pm to 11:00pm $22/hr
Saturday – 8/31 – Food Service – 3:00pm to 11:00pm $20/hr
Friday – 9/6 – Utility – 3:00pm to 11:00pm $22/hr
Friday – 9/6 – Food Service – 3:00pm to 11:00pm $20/hr
With potential to work future games as well!
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous restaurant or catering experience is preferred.
Must be polished and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Must be willing to participate in extensive set up and tear down at the start and end of each shift.
Must have a positive attitude and work well with always others/treat guests and fellow staff members with respect.
Must have Food Handler certificate.
We pay weekly via direct deposit. This is a W-2 position. All staff must fulfil I-9 requirements.
