Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations of a coffee shop and retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both coffee and retail customer service, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cafe and store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising of coffee and related beverage and food supplies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Handle financial tasks, such as cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies.
- Plan and execute promotional events and activities to engage the community and drive sales.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a coffee shop, bookstore, or gift store setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Have the ability to lift 25lbs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
