Role Overview:
As the Restaurant Manager at Turkish Cafe & Lounge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our restaurant's success. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your leadership will be key in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both our guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Manage, train, and support our team of servers, hosts, and other staff members.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
