- Understand overview of all maintenance/support tasks for L1/L2/L3
- Strong understanding of Problem Management/ Incident Management process
- Responsible for assessing severity of the defect, identifying error leads to problem and allocating defect to appropriate team .
- E2E Ownership of Production defect lifecycle
- Track defects up to closure and checking correctness of each value entered under ticketing system.
- Identification of root cause using various database, log tracing tool and verification of xml. ( Must required)
- Require Tools knowledge any Bug Tracking Tool example Jira
- Knowledge of Glass box or any customer experience tools
- Flexible working in shifts in 24 by 7 support model
- Knowledge of Log Analysis tool like Splunk or EFK with ability to write queries
