This position is not on the partnership track and is open to any US office, with a preference for New York metropolitan based candidates.Responsibilities
Drafting briefs, motions and memoranda
Reviewing and drafting discovery responses
Analysis of discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting
Prepare deposition outlines
Minimum Education

Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience
Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery and summary judgment motions
Bar Admission
Admission in the bar for the jurisdiction in which you are applying
