AECOM is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Dallas, TX office to join our expanding Water Group. This role will include client management with municipal contracts, previous experience with: water and/or waste water treatment facilities, sanitary sewer stations, booster pump stations, and transmission or distribution mains are highly preferred.
Responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to, the following:Technical oversight of design staff and team members for projects associated with municipal water / wastewater / drainage infrastructure improvements.Providing specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.Participating in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.Developing construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.Performing quality control review of design calculations or drawings.Preparing technical specification sections.Providing input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.Providing guidance and mentoring to entry and mid-level engineers.Municipal water quality studies, disinfection, water supply sustainability, water systems design (water treatment plants, pump stations, etc.), energy evaluationsSafe Drinking Water Program auditsAudits of water treatment plantsWater main replacement analysis, water vulnerability and emergency response
