Senior Business/Product Analyst Job Description:Our Client is looking to hire a strong, team-oriented business analyst with experience in the product space. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, review user personas, and capture the requirements necessary to determine how to build out our products and services within an agile environment. They will work alongside the Creative Team, the Product Manager, and the Development team to write and review user stories. This person would be responsible for making recommendations about products and features that would support the business objectives and customer experience. A successful candidate will be able to analyze the 3rd party/product integration aspects of business requirements and be able to effectively work with vendors to implement such requirements.

Required Experience:- 8+ years working as a

B.A. on the product side of the company-

IIBA certification / CBAP is strongly preferred (or any Agile BA certification)- Experience supporting a

portfolio of projects rather than one individual product- Experience researching and analyzing new features or enhancements of a product- 5+ years of experience in an

Agile environment - prioritizing backlogs, writing user stories, etc.- Quick learner, self-directed and team-oriented- Proven ability to complete

current state analysis (interviewing, stakeholder management, etc.)- Experience

documenting (process diagraming, use case creation, test scenario creation, etc.)- Experience with

User acceptance testing- Use of

Jira (or similar ALM tool)- Team oriented and geared toward self-motivated mentorship of other individuals on your team

It is a plus (but not required) if you have:- Financial services experience- Experience in SAFe, Kanban, and Six Sigma would be a plus
