The Finance Controllership team is focused on designing cost effective strategies, driving network-wide process improvements, and supporting strategic decision making through financial modeling and reporting. This individual will also play a key role in decision making and developing financial insights as part of monthly and quarterly business reviews. This individual is able to drive network scale initiatives, enforce standard work, review and action purchase requests, develop and lead cost business reviews, and provide ad-hoc analysis on large or ambiguous tasks.Key job responsibilities
Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners and influence decisions.
Demonstrated ability to root cause issues quickly and uncover core issues using data, then assist, consult with, and teach the business how decisions affect costs in their sites and create new mechanisms, as they are needed.
Expertise in collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data to create meaningful analysis to support business improvements through cost optimization.
Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in operating to budget.
Leverage cross-functional partnerships with Central Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to drive network projects.
Lead standardization of network processes to promote consistent and accurate financial reporting including mechanisms to drive adoption.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA and/or Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA)
Proficient in SQL, Quicksite, and/or advanced modeling in Microsoft Excel.

The base pay for this position ranges from $56,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market.
