job detailsOur client is hiring for a few Sales Support positions on their Home Mortgage team. Sales/sales support role
Could be up to 50 to 100+ calls during high volumes - could handle either inbound or outbound calls
Candidates will be working in the National Contact Center and will be assisting Home Mortgage Consultants within Home Mortgage.
Candidates will receive inbound and “.com” lead lists of customers that are interested in either refinancing or purchasing a home. From there, candidates will reach out to the customer to confirm their interest, to confirm their contact info, bank information, and availability. Once confirmed, they will transfer over to a Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) who will take things from there.
