Join our journey!The Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruiting for specific business units, manage projects, drive process improvement and counsel leadership on hiring strategies. This individual will have a “trusted talent advisor” role with hiring managers, which includes understanding their business, culture and talent acquisition needs; sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the interview process; and as the subject matter expert, provide consultative guidance and advice on recruitment best practices. This role will report into the Talent Acquisition Director based out of our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas.Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers, leadership and the People Team to clearly define talent needs to drive business priorities

Develop and lead focused recruitment strategies for qualified candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social recruiting, networking, advocating professional communities, etc.

Perform full lifecycle recruiting to include sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, extending offers all while providing an exceptional candidate experience

Successfully lead projects aligned to Talent Acquisition improvements and initiatives with global team members

Manage recruiting process compliance, improvements and documentation

Uphold strong internal partnerships by communicating timely and efficient recruiting updates to hiring managers, business partners and executive leadership

Evaluate, select and utilize external recruiting partners when necessary

Track and analyze recruiting data to keep abreast of market and talent trends

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience within corporate and/or staffing agency background

Proven success managing, coaching and leading a globally diverse project team

Familiar with recruiting for technical and functional roles highly preferred

Account management or ownership of business unit’s recruiting results

Consultative mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and encourage recruiting best practices and hiring decisions with executives

Experience with creative sourcing and social recruiting avenues to attract top talent

Strong business acumen, natural curiosity and ability to learn different business units

Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures

Strong influential and negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage various projects

Expertise with creating decks and presenting in a storytelling manner

Positive attitude and flexible mindset

Hybrid working environment, 3 days per week onsite at the office in Southlake

Experience with diversity recruiting and Affirmative Action requirements is a plus

Exposure to Workday is a plus

Global recruiting experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
