This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service.Responsibilities include (but not limited too):
Conduct equipment bench testing and programming.
Provide telephone technical support to customers, Academy Fire personnel, and subcontractors.
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and leadership abilities.
Multitask effectively in a high-paced environment.
Requirements:

Experience in customer service.
Technical background in security or networking fields.
Experience with IP video and programming security panels.
