Payroll SupervisorRole SummaryOur client is seeking a Payroll Supervisorto join their rapidly growing team. The Payroll Supervisor will process bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee time records. This role is for someone passionate about payroll, with strong critical thinking skills, andwho is detail-oriented.Key Results Area
Enters, maintains, and processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information
Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions
Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements
Issuesor reissues, physical or replacement checks, or direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge
Records and processes federal and state payroll tax deposits
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of ADP payroll experience is a must, with experience in ADP’s comprehensive services a plus
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Payroll experience supporting a workforce of 700
Multi-State experience

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
