Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Certified IRA Consultant in Dallas, Texas. This role centers around providing support to HR Operations for account documentation, account and system maintenance, and other areas. As a Certified IRA Consultant, you will be expected to ensure accuracy in customer accounts, resolve customer inquiries, and take appropriate actions. Responsibilities: Conduct daily quality checks on new IRA/HSA accounts to ensure account accuracy. Verify the accuracy of new account documentation, including signature cards, contributions, distributions, and other necessary documents. Ensure all monetary transactions are valid and correctly coded according to IRA/HSA regulations. Review and resolve exception and reject reports promptly. Perform critical account maintenance on IRAs and HSAs. Make necessary corrections to 1099R and 5498 forms. Maintain compliance with IRS regulations by staying up-to-date with IRS regulatory changes. Assist Retail staff with complex customer issues and ensure efficient communication regarding IRA/HSA programs. Collaborate with different teams to develop workflows for IRA/HSA quality checking process. Contribute to the development of IRA/HSA Subject Matter Experts (SME)/Certification training programs.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with Ceridian software Proficiency in using Concur for expense management Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration procedures Experience with About Time software Knowledge of various Accounting Functions Understanding of Accrual Accounting principles Experience in Auditing procedures and practices Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
