The OpportunityAs part of the Innovation Development team you are expected to design technical solutions, build analytical procedures, and generate reporting output for leadership. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining elevated standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical proficiency.Responsibilities

Design technical solutions and build analytical procedures

Generate reporting output for leadership

Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions

Mentor junior team members and review their work for quality

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of experience

a Double major, or major and minor, combining a technical focus in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science or related degree - with a professional serves oriented focus - Business / Economics or related degree.
