This pivotal role is designed for a critical thinker who can meticulously evaluate and manage the intake and lifecycle of all new development projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and drive digital growth within the organization.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project viability, prioritize initiatives, and manage resources effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the digital landscape at AT&T, driving innovation, and enhancing customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management and Project Tracking:
Practice lean portfolio management and serve as the single point of contact (POC) for development projects.
Define and refine portfolio management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Lead capital and development cash planning and prioritization, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Track the progress of projects from inception through completion, maintaining an accurate, single source of truth.
Utilize portfolio tooling to load committed projects into the project portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all project assessments and decisions, providing clear insights and reports to stakeholders.
Work Intake and Assessment:
Serve as the primary point of contact for intake and assessment of new digital project requests requiring development work.
Evaluate incoming project requests to determine the customer problem, potential value, and required level of effort.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, analytics, finance, and business owners, to ensure comprehensive project assessment and alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Assemble and lead multi-functional teams to thoroughly assess each project request, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Work closely with finance and analytics teams to validate lean business cases for each project and ensure tracking mechanisms are viable.
Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders, facilitating seamless project execution and delivery.
Qualifications:Experience:
Proven experience in project and portfolio management, with 5+ years preferred.
Strong background in eCommerce, with 5+ years preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in project management.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, enabling effective data analysis and presentation.
Strong storytelling ability through executive presentations, effectively communicating project value and outcomes.
Critical thinking abilities with the capability to scrutinize projects objectively and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to solve complex customer problems and deliver meaningful digital solutions that enhance customer experiences.
Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
SAFe® and Agile certification preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
