Description We are on the search for a contract/temporary HR Coordinator to join our team in the Real Estate industry, located in Dallas, Texas, 75207. In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR team, focusing on a variety of tasks from managing our HRIS & Payroll system to supporting recruitment efforts and employee recognition programs. Responsibilities: Preferably bilingual (Spanish) Manage and facilitate the HRIS & Payroll system Spearhead New Employee Orientation sessions Conduct interviews with employees leaving the organization Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to manage initial phone screenings, scheduling, and communication with candidates for corporate roles Support recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and internship programs Regularly communicate federally recognized affinity months Lead and engage in Culture Club events Announce employee anniversaries and birthdays during monthly Best Practices calls Identify potential external industry recognition awards and submit for consideration Assist in organizing and participating in internal recognition programs and celebrations Collaborate to design and implement the annual wellness strategy Assist with the annual benefits open enrollment process Help manage FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, Parental Leave, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability, and other administrative leaves of absence Collaborate with the HR Director on special projects as assigned Support other HR projects as neededRequirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software Knowledge of About Time tool Ability to conduct Auditing and Background Checks Understanding of Benefit Functions Excellent Communication skills Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Administration Proficiency in using Human Resources Management System Experience with various Human resources software Skilled in employee Onboarding process Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Experience with ADP - Payroll Familiarity with Benefits Payroll Proficiency in HR Payroll System Experience with HRIS Payroll System TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
