Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join a large Children's Hospital here in Dallas, TX. On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for assisting for any technical issues that arise and will help support all internal users. This person will have daily tasks such as troubleshooting tickets, supporting any Windows upgrades or migrations, supporting Office 365, and helping out with any user facing problems. This person will be the main point of contact onsite so must be able to multitask and step in the help assist on any projects or initiatives on an as need basis.
