job detailsRandstad is seeking customer service professionals in Dallas, TX for a long-term contract opportunity. While perm placement is the goal, the assignment could last for up to 2 years. The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads for Home Mortgage Consultants. Position: Customer Service Representative 2 Location: Dallas, TX 75202 Pay: $20/hr Shift Days/Hours: 8 hour schedules assigned after training M-F: 7am-8pm CST need to be flexible 8 hours within this time frame - after training Give or take a couple hours to start/end ONE SATURDAY PER MONTH REQUIRED Saturday: 8am CT to 6pm CT - assigned 8 hours within this time frame Training Days/Hours: M-F: 8:00 - 4:30 CST DALLAS: 4-5 weeks in office then go into hybrid role to complete training as long as performance metrics are metsalary: $19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities
During high volume expect 120 outbound calls/day, OR 60 inbound calls per day , minimal emails. Talent will be assigned to either inbound or outbound calls per day, not both
Call center group within Consumer Lending - Consumer Direct Sales group
Sales role
Candidates will be working in the National Contact Center and will be assisting Home Mortgage.
Talent will receive inbound and “.com” lead lists of customers that are interested in either refinancing or purchasing a home. From there, candidates will reach out to the customer to confirm their interest, to confirm their contact info, bank information, and availability. Once confirmed, they will transfer over to a Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) who will take things from there.
While there are no heavy sales involved in this role, the goal is for the talent to be able to gather the appropriate information from the customer so that they can transfer them as a hot lead to the appropriate group from there
