Emler Swim School, rapidly growing and continually providing exceptional service for families in communities, seeks a talented CRM Manager to join the Corporate Marketing Team. This fast-paced role contributes to company growth by developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that efficiently drive customer awareness, leads and enrollment in our swim lessons at all locations. Joining our team as a CRM Manager, your primary responsibility will be owning email and text campaigns, serving as a pivotal force in cultivating new customer engagement and fostering loyalty through personalized digital communications. Utilizing proficiency in HubSpot and digital marketing methodologies, you'll craft and implement campaigns aimed at raising awareness and driving conversions for our swim lessons, events, and initiatives among our nationwide customer demographic. This role reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and can make a significant impact on the growth and success of our brands. Oversee all aspects of email and text campaigns within the HubSpot platform, including list segmentation, template design, scheduling, and performance tracking

Optimize HubSpot automated workflows and conduct regular performance analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between email and text campaigns and overall marketing strategies

Develop, implement, and refine email and text marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement

Track and report on key performance indicators for campaigns, leveraging insights to iteratively improve strategies and content

Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints

Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales teams to evaluate and enhance the customer journey

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proven track record of at least 3 years in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on email and text campaigns

Expertise in utilizing HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms to drive campaign success

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize campaign performance accordingly

Demonstrated proficiency in crafting compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Previous experience in the education or fitness industry is advantageous but not mandatory

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives

Well-organized with ability to multi-task, strong time management, and high attention to detail

Maintain a curious mindset for broader digital marketing opportunities and seek ways to build connectivity with comprehensive marketing plans
