Description A client of ours is looking to hire a Spanish speaking Sr. Customer Service Representative. This role involves taking inbound calls from contacts via phone or electronic means from business to business customers needing assistance with their fuel delivery account. This individual will build strong relationships with customers and internal team members. Act as Liaison between customers, carriers, sales/operations team and other internal employees. Research, investigate, coordinate and resolve customer concerns regarding invoicing, EFT, or billing needs. Works collaboratively and dynamically with customer support team to creatively solve difficult problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Customer Service Provide exceptional business to business customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or electronic means. Serve customers by striving to go above and beyond and attempting to resolve each contact upon receipt. Represent company interests with the highest standards of professionalism.Operations Efficiently utilize multiple systems Investigate problems and provide feedback involving fuel delivery issues, frequently reconciling financial issues. Self-manage case resolution, partnering with leadership and internal teams to address opportunities and deficiencies. Responsible for decision making and problem solving issues on a day to day basis. Assist customers with questions concerning their relationship with the company. Performs other various duties as assigned Requirements The requirements for this position are listed below:

Bachelor's degree with concentration in business preferred

A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have a demonstrated track record of delivering top-tier B2B customer support.

Very technologically savvy, capable of using multiple systems at one time.

Position will initially be normal business hours, with some possible nights, weekends, or holidays required

Bilingual in Spanish/English
