Posting Number: S05845PDepartment: EOD Institute for Art History DeptSalary Range: 45,000, DOQPay Basis: MonthlyPosition Status: Regular full-timeLocation: RichardsonJob Description: Provide administrative assistance to the Director, manage calendar, schedule meetings, support special projects, maintain routine correspondence; coordinate travel arrangements for students, faculty, and staff; maintain office supplies, organization, and cleanliness; make copy center, IT, and maintenance orders; compile agendas and take meeting minutes; provide event support; facilitate communications; other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Education and Experience: Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail; ability to maintain friendly, professional demeanor. Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, TEAMs, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and desire and ability to learn new things.
