Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Dallas, Texas. This position involves performing complex administrative office duties including but not limited to, managing the day-to-day office operations, maintaining office supplies, etc. This role offers a contract/temporary employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Establish and maintain office files and records in accordance with internal procedures for efficient retrieval of information Oversee the inventory and maintenance of office supplies and equipment Prepare meeting rooms for use and reset them after meetings Serve as a back-up for staff time and attendance recording for payroll Ensure accurate and timely processing of past pay period adjustments in accordance with departmental guidelines Oversee various assigned projects, functions, and events, including planning, implementing, and making recommendations for changes as needed Screen and route telephone calls, respond to non-routine questions, receive and refer visitors, schedule appointments, and take messages to facilitate communication within the organization Maintain appointment calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements Prepare and coordinate various reports, presentations, and documents Assemble and compile data and assist with special departmental projects Maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external callers and coworkers to ensure efficient completion of work Identify ways to improve work processes and customer satisfaction, make recommendations to supervisor, implement, and monitor results as appropriate in support of the overall goals of the department Stay up to date with the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field by attending seminars/workshops, reading professional journals, actively participating in professional organizations, and/or maintaining certification or licensure Maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines that impact the area Develop effective internal controls designed to promote adherence with applicable laws, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state, and private health plans.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively Excellent customer service skills Experience in data entry tasks Ability to handle email correspondence professionally Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
