Description About the roleThe Account Manager is a trusted strategic partner to customers, clients, and members nationwide. The Account Manager will align with customers, clients, and members to meet their healthcare needs, adding value as a trust benefit advisor. The Account Manager will manage a group of existing accounts to build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts. The Account Manager will be empowered to grow existing accounts by bringing forth new services and expanding on existing services offered, focusing on increasing efficiency, adding value, and maximizing profitability through the accounts’ benefits.Requirements Details:Contract to hirePay: $24 while on contract, can pay more once brought on permanentlyLots of opportunity to progress in company and get promotionsWork hours: onsite Monday- Friday 8am -5 (flexible)Fully onsite, 75244, TXWhat you'll do
Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by selling LHH’s diverse portfolio of services.
Design solutions and help our customers solve their benefit challenges.
Oversee successful completion of day-to-day commitments.
Collaborate with account leadership to develop strategies.
Identify issues and consult with the customer to determine the best course of action and implement solutions.
Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics.
Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
