Remote Customer Care Representative F/T

Seeking 1-2 Customer Care Representatives for full time remote positions. Qualified candidate must have 2+ years experience in professional phone based customer service, excellent written & verbal communication skills, fluent English, strong attention to detail, and able to resolve client issues. Need to be able to work as part of a team & follow detailed directions. Must be able to work Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST, have own updated laptop, high-speed internet, dedicated work space, and be willing to work on Zoom at all times.
