Working as a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Ashlar as you direct employees and interact with customers. You are responsible for handling service requests, employee issues and customers. You will demonstrate our code of values.
You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and maintain records in QuickBooks
Handle incoming and outgoing emails efficiently
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues
Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
