We are seeking a Technical Help Desk Support Services Coordinator to join our team in the Dallas office. This position will support the ongoing hiring, training, daily coordination and management of a large (Level 1) Technical Help Desk Support team located in several remote locations in the U.S.
The work will entail technical support for the provisioning of Broadband products and services for customers throughout the U.S.
Prior experience coordinating and delivering the staff resources for Help Desk services is preferred.
