Growing LED company in Richardson looking for a new Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative. Product training will be provided by our successful team while offering competitive salary, bonus and benefits package (health insurance and 401k match).

Responsibilities:

Answer customer phone calls

Identify RFQ and Contract Leads

Qualify for bids and RFQ for annual contracts (Contract Range: $100k-$5M)

Processing RFQ/Contracts based on very detailed instructions

Participate products qualification process through state and local governmental agencies

Help on products technical specification sheets & documents

Pursued clients to award contracts

Help prepare presentations and product demos

Draft engineering notes and official company letters

Research, manage, and resolve any issues for clients

Help set up trade show booth and exhibit products

Travel to meet new and existing clients, as needed

Schedule client meetings and arrange all travel plans

Experience with Government Contracts is a plus

Requirements:

Must be enthusiastic, goal and detail oriented, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated.

Excellent persuasive skill and can communicate well over the phone and writing.

Have a great understanding of the English language.

Draft professional emails and letters.

Must have excellent memory and expert note taking skills

Great organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize

Must have intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas A MUST), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (with Calendar) skills

Basic Adobe Acrobat Pro skills

Technically Savy is preferred

Quickbooks is a plus

A minimum of 2 year Admin Assistant and Customer Service skills

Bilingual in Spanish and English, a plus.
