We have an immediate opening for Full Charge Accountant/Bookkeeper specialist to join our team
Response Abilities:
Reconciliation of all accounts on as needed basis
Maintain weekly balances in an Accurate & up-to-date manner
Perform all activities related to accounts payable & processing payments
Perform accounts receivable functions including Invoicing, deposits, collection & revenue recognition
Prepare & Print Invoices for Customers
Qualifications:
Proficient skill in Quickbooks Desk top
Billing Experience
Degree in accounting & finance is a plus
At least 10 years experience working in Accounting & Bookkeeping
Great with Customer Service
Experience with accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, & General Ledger
High degree of accuracy & attention to detail a must
Must be strong on the Collections
Dependability is very Important
