We are a growing, family-owned commercial office office furniture dealer currently looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant.
Minimum Requirements:
- Direct experience overseeing a company’s financials (payroll, purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable, shipping and receiving documentation, running reports, etc.)
- Direct experience with QuickBooks/Intuit programs
- Professional appearance
- Honesty/integrity
- Ability to work typically 4 to 5 days per week (approx. 7 to 9 hours per day) - Some flexibility granted
General daily duties:
- Oversee and complete payroll for a small number of employees weekly
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, as well as back-end inventory in system
- Monitor and/or maintain all company financials (bank accounts, method of credit, etc.)
- This position reports directly to the owner and may be asked to do various tasks as needed that are not expressly listed above
Compensation:
$20.00 to $27.00 per hour (depending upon experience)
