Description:
The position will support and assist the Project Admins on the Service Team. General responsibilities include:
Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including time sheets, daily reports, etc.
Responsible for general administrative functions to support the Service fulfillment process to include service agreements, purchase orders, initiating invoicing, concessions, Ship Product Defect (SPD), retrofit, labor warranty and various reports.
Reviews billing backlog and coordinates/communicates with Project Managers, HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and Trane claims as necessary to resolve obstacles.
Will utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and Windsoft programs daily.
Need to be comfortable with pivot tables in Excel.

2+ years experience working with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge of using Excel and being comfortable with pivot tables.
Work Environment:
Hours are 7-4 but can be flexible for 8-5 pm if needed.
Work is onsite.
