Lead packaging line activities in observance of safe work practices, environmental compliance, quality assurance and production targets.
Ensure standard operating procedures are performed and support procedure updates.
Provide input to strategic support team for packaging line ideas and improvements.
Lead and participate in hands on training and assessments of packaging line operators. Participate in weekly unit meetings and monthly safety meetings.
Execute packaging line repairs as required by utilizing skills as well as site resources.
Oversee day to day packaging line operations.
Execute packaging production plan as scheduled.
Post daily packaging line production in SAP.
Reconcile packaging component physical inventory to SAP at completion of final production run. Investigate and support packaging NCM’s for the site.
Oversee day to day contract packaging line operator duties.
Packout contract employees onboarding, offboarding, schedule and timesheet approval.
