We are looking for LEAD Installer

No Sub-contractors Please

Piece Pay + Spiffs (or) Hourly + Spiffs if you prefer.whichever you are more comfortable with.

Alamo Austin Air is an established residential, HVAC company, locally owned in Austin, Texas since 2006

We are looking for new long term team members to join a team of career minded individuals that truly care about you, your family, your income and your overall success in this industry.

Candidates must have 5-years of progressive experience in the HVAC Industry, must be able to work in a team environment to perform retrofit installations of air conditioning and heating equipment and truly be a lead installer.

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications:

EPA certification

We will help you become NATE certified, if you are not

Valid Texas driver's license and an insurable driving record

Ability to pass background check

Must be able to work without constant supervision

Familiar with installing Carrier/Bryant Residential systems correctly and to code.

Dependable, self-motivated and punctual.

Skill Requirements:

Comprehension of: electrical, the refrigerant circuit, pressure testing, microns, static pressure, sequence of operations, zoning, Carrier Communicating systems

Ability to work as a team

Collect payment for invoices in the field

Maintain contact with office

Accurately fill out digital invoices, answer company emails

Attention to detail

Maintain company truck, its inventory, appearance and oil changes to insure productivity

Ability to effectively communicate job details with customers and the office

Job Description:

Rotating Saturday. Off Sundays

Installation of residential air conditioning and heating systems

Offer accessory upgrades to customers

Use testing equipment, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, hand tools, power tools, electrical meters

Maintain an organized vehicle inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company

Maintain required certifications

Comply with all applicable company standards, policies and procedures including safety procedures.
